C.A. Stevens & Sons operate a large fleet of bulk haulage vehicles from our headquarters in Hampshire, giving us easy access to all major routes across the South of England, North of England and London areas.

Our fleet of haulage lorries are capable of transporting a wide range of materials, including waste and recyclable materials (wood, cardboard and oil-based items such as plastic) as well as aggregates and inert waste such as hardcore, stone, sand, bricks, blockwork, rubble, paving slabs and concrete.

Having been providing haulage services in Hampshire since 1969 we are committed to operating a safer, greener and efficient fleet of vehicles. Each vehicle is fitted with GPS tracking, ensuring we can locate our drivers immediately to provide updates to our clients. This in turn helps us ensure we provide each client a professional bulk haulage service that is delivered on time and within budget.

Growing up, Grahame remembers the trucks well. “We had loads of Volvos and a 110 Scania too at one point. We also had a few ERFs and Seddon Atkinsons; we wanted to buy British but that wasn’t always the best option!”

The company has been at its current site – at Grateley, near Andover, Hampshire – for more than 25 years. Four trucks are run on bulk, with 10 on contract for a national aggregates company – and aggregates are sold from the site too. Its little DAF LF is in and out all day doing seven or eight and it’s proven to be a superb buy.
